Process Overview*

Managed Implementation provides fulfillment services for clients that purchase Treasury Roles involve are Intake Specialists which involve doing assignment for Treasury products and Centralized Inline QA which involves doing Inline Audit on Treasury Products.

Managed Implementation comprises of:

  • Intake Specialist – This role includes creation of packages as necessary, locating documents required & assignment of packages to onshore & offshore Implementation Advisors according to the scoping tool

Job Description*

  • The associate will report to an FLM
  • Understand, interpret and implement the instructions mentioned on Treasury requests sent by sales
  • Manage regular conversations through emails & online chats with onshore & offshore teams
  • Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal customers
  • Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics
